An ORT (Odor Recognition Test) is the preliminary test that must be passed in order to compete in the sport of K9 Nose Work with NACSW (National Association of Canine Scent Work).

Each level of competition (NW1, NW2, NW3) adds a new odor and dogs must pass an ORT for each odor (birch, anise & clove) to be able to compete in each level.
